X3399 android6.0系统源码升级公告

最近3399，代码做了大幅度更新，内核版本由4.4.16升级到4.4.36，直接同步gitlab源即可。android系统也做了大规模更新，建议同步后，删除out目录，重先编译

主要解决问题，
1，深度休眠唤醒支持
2，ec20，新版全网通模块支持，兼容旧版
3，hdmi，插入开机不显示bug修正
4，通过千次，重启测试
5，通过千次，休眠唤醒测试

添加gitlab.com远程仓库

同步远程仓库代码
git pull gitlab master
