X4418烧写失败，请求帮助定位问题

现在项目进入中期阶段，我们需要把ubuntu系统烧写到新做的板子上，今天也是插上TF卡准备卡刷，正常操作之后，打印信息如下：

再接下来超级终端的打印会卡顿，发什么返回什么，过大约两分钟就会进入 "x4418 login:" 那里
经过验证，新的ubuntu系统并没有烧写进去
由于是新做的板子，不排除有硬件上的问题，可实在不容易定位
（ps：之前的板子烧写都没问题）
根据上边的信息，能否判断是哪里的问题？
