Compiling and adding new drivers to android

I want to add USB Wi-Fi rt3070 support to my board. I have driver sources.
Driver compiling is done by NDK, but NDK which comes with the board is didn't contain compiller in toolchain folder.
How could I compile and add driver for android 2.3?
